WHAT SHOULD MY DANCER WEAR TO CLASS?
Anything that is easy to move in and comfortable to wear. We suggest stretchy fabrics that are breathable and flexible. For Acro and Ballet we suggest wearing tighter clothes for spotting purposes.

Song & Dance : Bare-feet
Tap : Tap shoes
Jazz: Jazz shoes
Lyrical: Bare-paws
Acro : Bare-feet
Ballet: Ballet shoes
Stage- Jazz shoes

WILL MY CHILD BE GOING TO A COMPETITION?
Every competitive class at Jam Dance Center will take part in a fun, local dance competition. Select groups will also take part in local community events such as Berry Festival, Christmas Tree Lighting, Canada Day and more! We also offer a company line group that offers more competitions if you’re looking for more!
CAN WE TRY OUT CLASSES BEFORE WE REGISTER?
Yes, you can! We want to make sure your dancer finds the perfect class best suited for them! We encourage you to come try your first class free of charge.
IS THERE A COSTUME/COMPETITIVE FEE?
All students are required to leave a costume/competitive deposit (per class) when they sign up. Fee’s will be collected at the beginning of the dance season. We also have a one time media fee charge so you can receive all video footage of your dancer at our showcases!
WHERE IS THE STUDIO LOCATED?
We are in the heart of beautiful downtown Abbotsford! Located 33779 Essendene Avenue (Down the one way alley). You will see a beautiful mural on the wall and we are located one door down! Gps may take you to the front of the building but head to the back of the building and we are there!

(closed during stat holidays,Christmas break, Spring break and summer break) Please refer to our instagram for Summer office hours.
